It’s my Birthday, I’m Graduating from the University of Maryland with an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing at 9:30 in the morning, and at 6:00 p.m. I’m having a Graduation Party with over 100 family and friends,
My siblings, nieces, nephews and most of my best friends all still live in NYC and it takes something short of a miracle to get them to come to Maryland. Well I guess it’s safe to say my Graduation is the miracle this time. I don’t want to put myself on Blast, but it has been sometime since I Graduated from High School, and it took me quite a while to Graduate from College – but I Did It, and I am the first of my parent’s children to accomplish this goal.
The festivities will be taking place the entire weekend. My family began coming into town on Wednesday, I have a Graduate Reception tonight on campus, and on Sunday I am having a brunch for all those who came down from New York along with my DC area family members.
This is going to be a FABULOUS weekend, stay tuned for photos and stories…

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you included me in your weekend celebration. I graduated under the radar with as little attention as possible. After attending your party, I thought maybe I should have given more family the opportunity to celebrate my hard work and accomplishments.
