Christmas 2006 my Aunt Pat brought me the baby Cricut and I love it, but shortly after receiving it, everyone else was getting the Expression – even my Aunt. I was determined to hold off buying the Expression until I started using my baby Cricut more. For Graduation, everyone was very generous, that I finally decided to treat myself to the Expression as a Graduation gift. AC Moore was having a sale on the Expression for $319, and one of the ladies from the store purchased it for me using her 20% discount, add to that I had gift cards totaling $75.00, and my total cash purchase was $200, which was also gift money. The package also came with four cartridges, one of which I already own and the other I have no usage for. I’m going to try to sell them both on Ebay for $30.00 each, which will further bring down the final cost. You must admit, I got A Good Deal.
Originally I was going to sell the baby bug, but my excuse for not selling are like all my other tools they both have a purpose, it was a gift, and I still own 8 unused 6x12 mats.
Don’t they look cute together?
I've decided to keep my baby bug, too. One reason is that I wouldn't get much for it (Michael's had a brand new baby bug for $99!). I also plan to use this as my traveling cricut.
ReplyDeleteDONATE that BABY BUG to a group that could use it...I've got a couple in mind!!! and take the tax deduction
