Ladies Night…

Thanks to my girlfriend Yolanda, this year I decided to host a Ladies Only Birthday Dinner to celebrate the occasion. I couldn’t have pulled it off without help from Mommy Dearest, and my two nieces ShaDora and Daijah, and thanks to them everything turned out wonderful. Everyone said they had a great time and plenty to eat.

The menu consisted of flank steak, salmon, broccoli, zucchini, portabella mushrooms, Spanish rice (thanks Camille), baked potatoes, strawberry trifle (which Daijah made with a little help) and a double chocolate cake from Ms. Desserts (thanks cousin Michelle).
