We have a three bedroom apartment and since I have a scrapbook room, Patrick felt it would only be fair for him to have a Man Cave, which quickly became known as the Patcave.
After doing some research, he informed me one of the rules of the Man Cave is not let your wife get involved. Although feeling a little salty, I agreed, especially since I have my own scrapbook room in which he has no say.
However, he needs to keep in mind his Patcave is also his son’s room on the weekend and our guestroom for company.
Here is Phase one of the Patcave. We purchased a futon, and the decision regarding style and color was all his. I made him the New York Giant’s blanket, which I have come to regret since they won Super Bowl XLVI.
Patrick officially started building the Patcave on Saturday, September 25th; let’s see how long it takes to complete.
