I enjoyed dinning with everyone, but the most memorable dinner was the one I had with my niece Vanessa, to celebrate her 22nd birthday. This was the first time we dined alone (I'm usually dinning with her, her parents and three brothers), and I was impressed with the woman she has become, the conversation we had, learning about her plans for the future, and seeing how confident, secure and determined she is, which I don't think I was at her age. I have watched Vanessa grow all her life, and she is so unlike most people her age and already a phenomenal woman, but then I'm not surprised, this has always been her character and her parents have done a wonderful job raising all their children.
Isn't she lovely...
