A year ago, on September 10th, I married the perfect man for me and the love of my life. I waited so long for this man, and God answered my prayers in His time.
Our first year of marriage had some challenges, but I call these life’s lessons. We are learning about each other and our ways, and this helps us to grow in our marriage. But more than anything we keep God and His word in our marriage, and He continues to bless and cover us.
To celebrate, we had an early anniversary dinner at Stoney River Legendary Steaks on Saturday and lunch at The Real Chow Baby on Sunday.
On are actually anniversary we had takeout from Longhorn, enjoyed a bottle of sparkling wine, exchanged cards and gifts, and had the original top piece of our wedding cake. I have to thank mommy dearest, because she did a good job preserving the cake and it tasted as good as it did on our wedding day.
Patrick is very creative and original, and always catches me of guard. In honor of the 1st Anniversary Tradition - Paper, Patrick gave me Red Roses made of paper and a gift card to one of my favorite scrapbook stores, so I could buy more paper.
I love you baby and thank God for you every day. Happy Anniversary!!!
Happy Anniversary!!!! What a Blessing it is!!! God Bless YOU Both!
